This site describes fractional delivery leadership, programme recovery and vendor selection services offered by Lewis Kelly, trading as LK Transformation. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. It's information, not a contract. Any actual engagement is governed by its own separately agreed statement of work.

Case studies, figures and track record described on this site reflect real programmes I've worked on, described to the best of my knowledge. They illustrate past outcomes, not a guarantee of future results for any other engagement.
