LK Transformation

Senior transformation, without the consultancy price tag

£550 per day

One experienced fractional transformation director, rather than a multi-person consultancy team. You pay for the days you need. Retainers are priced accordingly.

How an engagement works

Every engagement starts with a free call. Paid work starts with advisory and scoping, and the scale and shape are agreed from there, not fixed in advance.

  1. Free 15 minute call

A conversation about what is happening and whether I am the right fit. No charge, no obligation and no pitch.

Book a free 15 minute call (opens in a new tab)
  2. Advisory and scoping

The starting point for paid work. It might be a delivery audit, a second opinion before a big system or supplier decision, or scoping ahead of a wider change. It shows whether what follows should be a short-term engagement or a long-term retainer. If a strategy or change consultancy has already scoped the work, I can start directly at delivery.

  3. Short-term engagement

For a defined problem. A fixed scope with a clear end point, brought in to fix one specific issue rather than run alongside the business indefinitely.

    or

    Long-term retainer

For an ongoing need. An embedded, part-time commitment, run the same way whatever kind of change it is.

Software, product and rollout change

Led from the vendor side

  • PIMS migration and implementation
  • Complex multi-site rollouts, including across countries
  • Change leadership for employees
  • Start-up consulting for software companies

Led from the practice group side

  • Technology change, including data warehouse and cloud migration
  • Product launches and programme governance
  • M&A integration, bringing acquired practices up to group standards
  • Vendor selection and procurement

These are examples, not a fixed menu. Whatever change you are trying to land, I can help.

Remote or hybrid, across time zones

I work remotely or hybrid, and structure my week around whichever time zones you need.
