What it is like to work with me
From people I have worked alongside.
Working with Lewis on Pet Health for Life was more than just a professional collaboration: you could feel his genuine passion for pets and pet parents in everything Lewis did across the project.
Lewis brought clarity, energy and real heart to the development of the product, taking an idea and turning it into something that truly resonated with the market.
On a personal level, Lewis is the kind of person who raises the standard for everyone around him. Lewis is supportive, driven, and inspiring to work with.
I greatly valued the opportunity to work with Lewis. Lewis brought a thoughtful, progressive approach, combining a strong grasp of the detail with the confidence to challenge established thinking and advocate for what Lewis believed would deliver the best outcome.
Lewis was consistently open to new ways of working, willing to push boundaries and able to bring others with him through a supportive and collaborative style. Lewis was dependable, delivered against his commitments and maintained a high standard throughout.
I particularly appreciated his judgement, integrity and willingness to constructively challenge when it mattered. I very much enjoyed working with Lewis and would welcome the opportunity to do so again.
I worked with Lewis whilst at Linnaeus and saw him deliver excellent outcomes across a very challenging portfolio of Health Plan conversions. Working with multiple stakeholders, numerous systems and complex financial challenges, Lewis succeeded in harmonising product, plans and systems across the UK Mars business.
Lewis is a very personable colleague and leader of projects. Lewis is organised, clear in communications and gets all teams working well together to deliver solid results in good time and budget.
